penalty. After shipment, there is no cancellation, but the item may
be returned for full refund if returned within the terms of our

All of our illustrations of pottery, and other items we may have are
representative of our stock. The pictures show the style, shape, design,
size, and quality of our merchandise - but keep in mind that no two pieces
will be exactly alike.

For Items returned for credit (and are in the original condition)
after the 20 day period but before one year, we will
allow a credit for of 50% of the purchase price. After one year, we
will allow no credit for returns. Items returned to us as "Customer
Refused", or "Unknown Address" or "Addressee Unknown" or "Un-Claimed" or
for some other delivery problem which was not our fault, we will allow a
credit of 50% of the purchase price.
Shipping and Handling
Our shipping and handling fee is $10 per order for Insured, First Class
U.S. Mail shipment to any place in the United States. For
UPS, or Fed Ex, or USPS Express shipments to United
States destinations, the fee is $10 plus the actual charges made by
the delivering carrier.
For shipments to foreign destinations, the shipping and handling fee is
$10 per order but it will not be insured. For UPS or Fed Ex
shipments to foreign destinations which will be insured, the fee is $10
plus the actual charges made by the delivering carrier. We will use
our judgment in shipping to foreign destinations.
If you receive merchandise that has been damaged during shipping, you
will need to take the original packageing with the insurance tab attached
and the damaged Merchandise to your Post Office, or the delivering carrier,
in order to make an insurance claim. We will not be able to assist
you, that will be the responsibility of the Postal or delivering authorities.
The following Terms may need explaining:
1.
"Sold"
means it is gone - shipped to a customer, and we have no more of this item.
2. The reason you will see so many
of the above signs is that most of what we sell are one-of-a-kind.
3. It will do absolutely no good to
order anything which is marked "Sold" we cannot ship it. It
is gone from here. If the customer returns the item for
some reason, it will be back on the web without the "Sold" notation
by the price.
